Solution:

1) If the Database window in not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Report' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in design view.)
5) Make sure the 'Control Wizard' located in the 'Toolbox' is depressed.

6) Select the desired Bound Control.

7) Click location for the bound control on the report. (The label box and text box appears along with a Wizard Box for the selected bound control.)

8) Follow the Wizard instructions.
